I’m Velicu Mihail-Dragos, a junior AI researcher at the Center of Research in AI (CRAI) and an AI Engineer at Sapio. My work sits at the edge of neuroscience and machine learning, with practical projects in EEG-based brain-computer interfaces for real-time control and human augmentation. I build from first principles and keep it hands-on: clean preprocessing, reproducible pipelines, and models you can actually run. In this four-part course I guide you from “what is a BCI” through data prep and model training, then zoom out to the future of AI + neuroscience + BCI, focusing on what’s realistic, safe, and useful. I also run NeoCore Horizons, where I turn research into applied tools.
How to Analyse and Model EEG Data: From Zero to Hero
This course takes you from “what is BCI?” to building simple decoders, using hands‑on Jupyter notebooks. You’ll learn EEG rhythms (alpha/beta), ERPs, and common artifacts...
